What you can expect…

We use interactive feedback and case studies as our main tools for learning how to implement project management. This course is a 'workshop' that depends on your participation, your constructive comments, and suggestions. Over the next eight weeks you will learn how to analyze cases and apply the concepts of project management learnt so far. In each lesson, we will focus on a specific aspect of project management. You will work in a team to analyze and present the assigned case. Besides the lecture, you will be encouraged to read the recommended literature.

There will be a total of seven cases. Only six will be graded. You will need a major word processing software such as Microsoft Word to prepare your case presentation. Word Perfect does not do well in this environment, since only others with Word Perfect can read the files. There will be a final examination consisting of multiple choice questions that can be taken online.
